*Checking account required, if you don't have a checking account you must open one for auto draft payments prior to lease signing.

*All properties subject to housekeeping inspections and damage inspections.

* Security deposit must be paid at lease signing.

*If your rental payment is late, you will incur a $5 per day late fee. If your rent is not received by the end of the 10th day after it is due, eviction proceedings will be started immediately.
